What is a Wedding QR Code?

A wedding QR code is a modern way to share your wedding details with guests. Place it on your invitations, save-the-dates, table tents, or sticker sheets. When guests scan it, they can instantly add the event to their calendar, view the venue on a map, RSVP, or see the dress code — all from their phone.

QR Omni supports two modes: Calendar Event encodes the wedding as a .ics event that works offline and adds directly to the guest's calendar. Info Page Link creates a URL with full event details, RSVP, maps, registry, and more.

How to Create Your Wedding QR Code

Use Cases

Wedding Invitations

Include a QR insert card inside your invitation envelope. Guests scan for RSVP, maps, registry, and dress code.

Table Tents

Place QR table tents at the reception. Guests scan to share photos to a shared gallery or access the evening's schedule.

Wedding Website

Link the QR to your wedding website with all details, RSVP form, accommodation info, and FAQs for guests.

Best Practices

Use Calendar Event mode for offline reliability — it works even without internet.

Print QR codes at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) for reliable scanning on paper.

Test with multiple phones before printing your final invitations.

Use high error correction (H) if printing on textured paper or dark backgrounds.

Match QR code colors to your wedding theme for a cohesive look.
