What is a Wedding QR Code?
A wedding QR code is a modern way to share your wedding details with guests. Place it on your invitations, save-the-dates, table tents, or sticker sheets. When guests scan it, they can instantly add the event to their calendar, view the venue on a map, RSVP, or see the dress code — all from their phone.
QR Omni supports two modes: Calendar Event encodes the wedding as a .ics event that works offline and adds directly to the guest's calendar. Info Page Link creates a URL with full event details, RSVP, maps, registry, and more.
How to Create Your Wedding QR Code
Enter Couple Details
Add both partners' names and an optional wedding hashtag. This forms the header of your invitation.
Set the Event
Enter the date, time, venue name and address. Add a Google Maps link so guests can navigate easily.
Add Extra Details
